According to our experience, the ultrasonic spray system is sucessfully applying anti-fingerprint, hard coat, Anti-glare, Anti-fog, UV Blocker sunglass lenses with highly accurate repeatability and uniformity.

We have much experience not only in spraying flat surface, but also three-dimensional product. Our engineers have much experience in designing mechanical structures. For example, in the medical fields, the stent, balloons, blood collection tube etc need to customize holder.

The configuration of the UAM4000L equipment is as below.
1. Exercise system: coordinated motion in X-Y-Z axes
2. Control System: 7 inch touch screen with user friendly interface R&D MCU embedded system, 3 user log in levels – Operator, Supervisor and Engineer
3. Ultrasonic system: 1 set of ultrasonic spray system, the frequency can be 50kHz or 120kHz
4. Liquid supply system: 1 piece precision syringe pump and 1 set of precision syringe
5. Exhaust system, Lighting system, Heating system, Customized holder etc.
