Ultrasonic spraying of PCB boards applies a highly uniform film of flux to the target area with little to no overspray and no clogging. Our 20 years of expertise in precision spray fluxing has enabled us to develop in-line spraying systems for high volume PCB board flux applications. Ultrasonic spraying provides a precise, repeatable, and controllable spray solution for applying flux to substrates. The ability to spray a very thin, uniform layer of flux prevents excess flux residue and poor underfill. Tight control of flux thickness also prevents chips from floating, avoiding downtime and poor chip connections. High throughput is achieved through automatic XYZ motion and line transfer functions, and multiple nozzle configurations can further speed up the spraying process.
