Applying Functional Coatings to Sensors

Applying Functional Coatings to Sensors – Ultrasonic Spraying – Cheersonic

Chersonic’s ultrasonic spraying machine can be used to develop a series of electrochemical sensor coatings. Functional coatings are coated on the electrode using an ultrasonic nozzle. Ultrasonic coating equipment can be used to study various coating application technologies, achieving a uniform film of no more than 50 µ m in the sensing area of the electrode. The radius of the spray sensing area is 4mm-650mm, and the functional/conductive coating contains carbon and polymer resin particles.

Applying Functional Coatings to Sensors - Ultrasonic Spraying

Cheersonic focused on ultrasonic technology for more than 20 years. Our experienced team of applications engineers would work closely with our customers to develop a coating process that meets the unique challenges of functional coating.

Ultrasonic coating technology has replaced conventional coating systems in a wide range of industrial and R&D applications. Compared to many other coating systems, ultrasonic spray nozzles are more precise, more controllable, more repeatable, and more environmentally friendly.
