The programmable bench top design ultrasonic spray coating machine UAM4000L is ideal for producing various thin film coatings in R&D process. Solutions, suspensions and nanosuspensions can be depositing into different substrate for uniform and durable coatings during spray. The operating system with multiple spraying methods is stable and easy to operate. The UAM4000L integrates with different ultrasonic nozzles spraying width from 1mm to 60 mm is used in broad range of applications, such as advanced energy, microelectronic and semiconductor, medical and nanomaterial.
