Components of the Sensor
Sensors convert various signals from the outside into electrical signals in order to detect and control various signals. So what parts does the sensor consist of in this process? The sensor is generally composed of four parts: sensitive element, conversion element, conversion circuit and auxiliary power supply.
So what are the characteristics of the sensor? Let’s take a closer look at the composition and characteristics of the sensor.
What parts does the sensor usually consist of? The sensor is generally composed of three parts: sensitive element, conversion element, and signal conditioning conversion circuit. Sometimes an external auxiliary power supply is required to provide conversion energy.
1. Sensitive element: refers to the part of the sensor that can directly feel or respond to the measured.
2. Conversion element: refers to the sensor that can sense or sense the sensitive element
3. Signal conditioning and conversion circuit: Since the output signal of the sensor is generally very weak, the signal output by the sensor generally requires signal conditioning and conversion, amplification, calculation and modulation before it can be displayed and participate in control.
4. Auxiliary power supply: conversion elements and conversion circuits generally also need auxiliary power supply.
