UAM6000 ultrasonic photoresist spraying equipment can spray photoresist thickness from 2um to 35um on substrates with diameters from 65mm to 200m.

According to our experience with photoresist spraying, its solvent is generally Acetone, MEK, PGMEA or butyl acetate. Firstly the substrate must be level, non-levelness will cause unevenness in the film. Then for the uniform and controllable coating thickness, it requires higher coating process.

Our company has an upgraded clean room that can conduct high standard testing experiments. You are welcome to send sample materials for free testing. If the photoresist cannot be mailed, our company can buy the photoresist liquid in China and then test it.
