The ultrasonic coating system produce highly durable, uniform coatings of carbon-based catalyst inks onto both fuel cell and electeolysis process for PEM electrolyzers such as Nafion. According to our experience, the magnetic stirring syringe also a good choice for spraying PEM.

For the ultrasonic dispersion syringe UAL100, we have different capacity of 25ml, 50ml and 100ml. Duration and intensity of ultrasonic vibrations continuously break up agglomerated particles and keep them evenly dispersed and maximize liquid utilization.
