The planar substrate can be well sprayed by ultrasonic coater. The geometric structure does not affect the spraying effect. The ultrasonic coater UEC6000L is ideal for R&D and production with spray area of 650*650mm. The thickness of the photoresist can reach several hundred nanometers to tens of micrometers.
